R.A.K. & In My Mailbox: August 2011

In My Mailbox is a meme hosted by The Story Siren, where we share the books that we have bought or received each week.

Please note that this IMM is for the entire month of August, 2011!
There is no way I get this many books in one week, although I totally wish I did! :)

First of all, the amazing Lauren from Ravishing Reads surprised me with this pile of books for R.A.K.! I seriously went crazy when I opened the box because, well, LOOK at these books! Historical fiction (and one memoir) for the historical fiction lover. ♥

Thanks Lauren!!

  6. I'm reading Wanderlove right now and really enjoying it.

Traveling with Pomegranates was hit and miss for me. I thought the daughter spent too much time whining in that book.

  16. Great IMM. :) Haha, good idea to compile the haul for a month in one post. I'd probably forget which books I've picked up over the course of the month but now that I'm back in school, the number should hopefully be reduced. I've been meaning to get a copy of Blood Red Road but I haven't done so yet! But that's a book that NEEDS to be part of my collection.
