I absolutely love the new character photos that were released yesterday! They are powerful images; profile shots usually are, but the high contrast and perfect lighting make me swoon pretty much every time I look at them. I can't wait for this movie to come out!!
Sometime yesterday, I got to looking at all the wallpapers others made from the posters, and although they are really cool (I especially like these ones made by Novel Novice) I decided I wanted something more simple and minimalistic for my own desktop...so I made my own. And since I have an obsession with The Hunger Games, I couldn't stop at just one. I had to make more.
...so now I get to share them with you! These are for your personal use, but you are welcome to share the ones you like with others (I'd love a link back). They're for widescreen computers, but I may make some for regular sized screens, if I have a lot of requests, although that's not something I'm expecting.
To save them in their original size, right click on the photo and choose "open link in new tab." Then click on the photo to magnify it. That way you can save the largest version.

DeleteAlso: I know people have been calling Gale 'the boy with the snares', but I prefer 'the boy in the woods.' To me, it sounds better, and it also has a quote directly from the books, like the ones that apply to Katniss and Peeta. :)
